Choose a direction

A company already is an asset. Revenue, contracts, equipment, receivables, intellectual property. Yet only those who have passed through a bank or the stock market can raise capital against them. Holdmark turns a company's verified figures into a digital financial instrument and opens it to investors directly.

Information on this site is for reference only and does not constitute a public offer, an invitation to make offers or individual investment advice. Operations are conducted within the legal framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Concept

Liquidity where there was none

Between venture capital and bank credit lies a substantial layer of the economy inaccessible to either. A company generates revenue and performs contracts, yet holds no collateral in the form a bank accepts and does not fit a fund's profile. The capital exists. The access does not.

The asset exists — the instrument does not.

Cash flow, equipment, receivables and intellectual property carry value but lack a form suitable for raising financing.

Verified data instead of declarations.

A company's figures are verified at their point of origin — in the accounting system, at the bank, with the registrar, with the counterparty — and fixed as an immutable record. The investor assesses a verifiable fact, not a slide deck.

The oracle as the basis of trust.

Holdmark builds an oracle — a mechanism that carries verified figures from closed systems into the registry without altering them and lets any party check a record's provenance independently. Trust stops being a matter of the platform's reputation.

We do not create new capital. We shorten the distance between those who have it and those who have already earned it.

Asset classes

Industries and asset types

A financial instrument can be issued against any asset with a measurable cash flow or verifiable collateral. We start with areas where the figures exist in machine-readable form and are confirmed without manual reconciliation, and widen the perimeter as the methodology matures.

Industries

Technology

The priority of the first stage. Compute infrastructure and equipment, recurring revenue of service and subscription models, rights to software products. A fast-growing sector with limited access to debt financing: its assets do not meet traditional collateral requirements.

Energy

Extraction and processing, conventional and renewable generation. Long-term supply contracts, measurable volumes, predictable output.

Agriculture

Harvest, livestock, machinery, warehouse stock, supply contracts. An industry with a pronounced seasonal need for working capital and a chronic shortage of instruments for it.

Healthcare

Clinics and laboratory networks, medical equipment, payment flows under service and insurance contracts.

Industry and logistics

Production lines, special machinery, rolling stock, warehouse complexes, transport fleets.

Infrastructure and real estate

Commercial properties, data centres, facilities with contracted utilisation and a verified operating model.

Asset types

  • Future revenue — recurring income under existing contracts and subscription models.
  • Receivables — accounts receivable and other rights to receive funds.
  • Equipment and machinery — tangible assets with verified operating and liquidation value.
  • Infrastructure facilities — capacity and facilities with contracted utilisation.
  • Intellectual property — software products, rights and licences.
  • Equity interests — rights to profit distribution in digital form.

The list is open. The limit is set not by the industry but by the ability to verify the figures at the source.

Issuer / investor

The path from company to investor

The sequence is the same for every asset class. What differs is the basis for verifying value and the order of performing obligations to the investor.

  1. 01

    Verification

The company connects its data sources. Figures arrive from accounting systems, banks and counterparties through the oracle and are recorded with the source and time of receipt.

  2. 02

    Structuring

The form of the instrument, collateral, term and settlement order are defined. The methodology agreed for the relevant asset type is applied.

  3. 03

    Issuance

The instrument is issued in digital form within the legal perimeter and becomes available to investors.

  4. 04

    Servicing

Settlements on the agreed schedule, monitoring of the figures and disclosure throughout the instrument's life.

Terms and structure of an issuance are defined individually for each issuer.

Roadmap

Two directions, one infrastructure

The real-asset direction generates revenue and the first issuances. The human-capital direction creates a market that does not exist today. Both develop in parallel on shared infrastructure: the oracle, data verification, the regulatory perimeter.

  1. Now

    Kazakhstan, the technology sector

First issuances in the priority industry within the special regulatory regime.

  2. Next

    Widening the industry perimeter

Energy, agriculture, healthcare, industry — as the methodology for each asset type is agreed.

  3. Then

    The region and international markets

CIS countries, then financial centres with established digital-asset regulation.

  4. Horizon

    Human capital

The same infrastructure applied to the most undervalued asset — a person's professional potential.

The sequence and timing are set by regulatory decisions and are not published on this site.
