Holdmark is a real-world asset tokenization platform: issuing digital assets backed by real estate, infrastructure and businesses in the regulatory sandbox of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.

The platform is being built for mid-sized companies that hold real assets and a working cash flow but have no access to the capital market. Holdmark's next direction is human capital tokenization: a person's achievements, verified at the source, as the basis for investing in them.
