Holdmark's next direction: a person's achievements, verified at the source, as the basis for investing in them.

Concept

Investing in people, not companies

We digitise the achievements of school and university students, turn them into a verifiable on-chain score, and open it to investors.

Olympiad wins, grades, test scores, sporting results, projects and grants are scattered across certificates and PDFs today: they cannot be checked in one click, compared, or used as grounds for financing. That is value without a market.

Opportunities for people

A person’s achievements are an asset

We make it visible and investable.

A verifiable profile

Holdmark gathers verified achievements into a single score that lives on-chain as a checkable digital profile.

Financing for education and projects

An investor sees transparent profiles and can finance the education or the project of one person or a whole group, in exchange for a share of future income or at a fixed rate with repayment.

Capital without collateral

For the person it is capital without collateral and without personal debt; for the investor, access to a new asset class.

Where the data comes from

Verified data for every person

Data is not self-declared by the user — it is verified at the source. Every fact is signed by the organisation that issued it and recorded on-chain.

Sources

  • Universities and schools — grades, GPA, diplomas
  • Testing centres — UNT, SAT, IELTS
  • Olympiad committees — wins and prize places
  • Sports organisations — statistics and results
  • Tech parks and accelerators — grants, programme participation, residency
  • Employers and platforms — projects, code, portfolio

How a source is connected

  1. 01

    Partnership agreement

  2. 02

    Audit of the existing data

  3. 03

Technical integration: API or a secure portal

  4. 04

The organisation signs its records with its own key

How it is scored

One rating built from verifiable data

The score is assembled from several groups of indicators, each carrying its own weight. Different trajectories — an IT track, sport and others — are scored by different models. The formulas and the weights are not disclosed publicly.

Principles

What the direction rests on

These rules hold for every person and every data source.

Participation is voluntary only

A person joins the platform only by their own decision.

Data is verified at the source

The platform does not take achievements on trust: every fact is signed by the organisation that issued it.

The person decides what to open

Which verified data investors see is chosen by the person.

Status

A direction in development, not a live product

The real-asset direction generates revenue and the first issuances. The human-capital direction creates a market that does not exist today. Both develop in parallel on shared infrastructure: the oracle, data verification, the regulatory perimeter.
