01 · Concept · Human capital

Invest in people, not companies

We digitise the achievements of school and university students, turn them into a verifiable on-chain rating and open it to investors. The goal is to redirect capital: so that large players and funds invest in the youth of their country, not only in companies that already have access to money.

02 · The asset

A person's achievements are an asset. We make it visible and investable.

Today a young person's achievements — olympiad wins, grades, test scores, projects — are scattered across certificates, references and PDFs. They cannot be verified in one click, cannot be compared and cannot raise capital. It is value without a market. Holdmark digitises these results.

Schools, olympiad committees, universities and testing centres verify the data at the source; the verified achievements are assembled into a single rating — the Holdmark Score, which lives on the blockchain as a person's verifiable digital passport.

The investor sees transparent, verified profiles — and can invest in a specific person or in a whole cohort: fund education in exchange for a share of future income (income-share agreement logic). For the person it is capital without collateral or personal debt. For the investor it is access to a new asset class: the future income of talented people.

04 · How it works

Six steps from achievement to capital

  1. 01A person joins the platform (voluntarily)
  2. 02Data is verified at the source
  3. 03The Holdmark Score and passport are assembled
  4. 04An instrument is structured (ISA logic, sandbox, tokenisation)
  5. 05Investors invest
  6. 06Income is distributed to holders; the secondary market provides liquidity
