Concept

Investing in people, not companies

We digitise the achievements of school and university students, turn them into a verifiable on-chain score, and open it to investors.

Our mission is to turn the direction of capital around. A fair world looks like this: funds and institutional players invest in the young people of their own country, not only in large companies that already have access to money.

A person’s achievements are an asset. We make it visible and investable.

Olympiad wins, grades, test scores, sporting results, projects and grants are scattered across certificates and PDFs today: they cannot be checked in one click, compared, or used as grounds for financing.

That is value without a market.

Holdmark gathers verified achievements into a single score that lives on-chain as a checkable digital profile.

An investor sees transparent profiles and can finance the education or the project of one person or a whole group, in exchange for a share of future income or at a fixed rate with repayment.

For the person it is capital without collateral and without personal debt; for the investor, access to a new asset class.
