Two tracks that run in parallel

We do not wait. While the first track brings revenue and licences from tokenising IT companies, the second builds the infrastructure for investing in people and, together with the National Bank, prepares the regulation.

Tokenising IT companies

We tokenise IT companies on the Astana Hub and VK Cloud model — in a priority sector declared by the state. Every case is revenue and a proven model. We obtain NBK licences and sandbox status. We accumulate the technology stack, a KYC base and bank partnerships.

Track 02 · in parallel

Infrastructure for investing in people

We sign schools and universities, build integrations, create achievement databases. We connect the oracle and relay credentials on-chain. We develop scoring and an AI model for each group. Together with the National Bank we take part in drafting the regulation.
