Revenue today, rails for tomorrow

The infrastructure for tokenising people does not fully exist yet: it needs university integrations, scoring, regulation. We do not wait for it to appear — we build it with the money we earn today.

Holdmark's first phase is tokenising IT companies. We give liquidity to illiquid assets of the technology sector: we tokenise equity, revenue and equipment and open new financing instruments for companies — up to loans secured by GPUs. Every deal brings revenue, licences and operating expertise.

In parallel, the same phase funds the preparation of the main product: we run the NBK licensing process, agree integrations with universities and schools, build the oracle and the scoring models. By the time the infrastructure for people is ready, we already have regulatory status and working technology.
